Hello, I’m Jenna Therapy for Teen & Adult Males in Calgary Life can be complicated, messy, overwhelming, and sometimes hilarious. Whether you’re a pre-teen, teen, young adult, or adult navigating a challenging season, therapy can be a place to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and figure out what comes next.
I have a particular interest in supporting teens, and adults who identify as male, including those who may not always feel comfortable or understood in traditional therapy spaces. I also work with neurodivergent clients and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, school avoidance, identity, relationships, and life transitions.
I’m a social worker with a Master of Social Work (MSW) and almost 20 years of experience working alongside children, teens, young adults, and families. My experience includes group care, housing programs, youth transition-to-adulthood programs, schools, and specialized education settings.
These experiences have shaped how I understand people and the many different ways we experience the world. They’ve also given me a genuine appreciation for the resilience, humour, and strength people bring with them—even when life feels incredibly hard.
My Therapeutic Approach My approach to therapy is rooted in connection and authenticity. I want therapy to feel like a real conversation—a space where we can talk, laugh, pause, be curious, and sit with the uncomfortable stuff together.
I believe people are more than their challenges and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I work collaboratively with each client, meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to what feels meaningful and useful for you.
I draw from a range of evidence-informed approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, and MBCT, as well as art- and play-based interventions. I also use neurodiversity-affirming approaches, recognizing that there are many different ways of thinking, learning, communicating, and experiencing the world.
Most importantly, I want you to feel seen, understood, and supported. You don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out before you start. We can start wherever you are and work from there, together.
Areas I Support I support pre-teens, teens, young adults, and adults navigating: - ADHD and neurodiversity - Anxiety and worry - Emotional regulation and big emotions - School avoidance and school-related challenges - School and life transitions - Identity and self-worth - Family dynamics and relationships - Interoception and understanding body signals - Grief and loss - Social and relationship challenges - Life changes and adjustment - Parenting & Caregiver support
Beyond the Therapy Room When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, snuggling my pugs, squeezing in some yoga, or catching live music.
I’m also learning to slow down, embrace who I am, and laugh as much as possible along the way. I think there’s something to be said for finding the humour in the everyday chaos—and I bring that same perspective into my work.
If you’re wondering whether therapy might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out. You don’t need to know exactly what you need help with—we can start with a conversation and go from there.
— Jenna

Hi, I’m Abby
And I want you to know you’re not alone in this.
Maybe your child is struggling and nothing you’ve tried is helping. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in that exhausting loop of second-guessing every parenting decision. Maybe you’ve reached the point of thinking, “Something has to change… I just don’t know how.”
I see this all the time—loving, thoughtful parents doing everything they can, reading the books, listening to the podcasts, trying to stay patient… and still feeling like they’re white-knuckling it through the day.
We created this practice for you. For the parents trying to hold it all together while healing what they were never taught. For teens who don’t know how to ask for help. For kids whose big feelings feel too big—for them and for you.
My approach is warm, honest, and deeply human. You won’t find judgment here. You will find clarity, compassion, and practical tools that help you breathe a little deeper and finally see a path forward.
This isn’t about “fixing” your family. It’s about healing. And when we focus on connection over correction, everything begins to shift.
If you’re ready for support, I’m here. Let’s figure this out together.
A Little More About My Work

I have over 16 years of experience and specialize in attachment-based therapy and parent-child relationships. My work is grounded in making mental health approachable, skill-based, and truly useful in everyday life.
I integrate evidence-informed approaches such as:
Circle of Security Parenting™,
TF-CBT
EFT
play and art-based interventions
ART
Beyond the therapy room
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me doing all the things that fill my cup — and sometimes spill it a little in the best ways. I’m often on a yoga mat, out for a run, or crafting something with far more enthusiasm than skill. I love camping and spending time outdoors, even when it means coming home with tangled hair and a car full of sand.
Like many of us, I spend a lot of time driving kids from one activity to the next, sipping very necessary coffee, and cheering loudly from the sidelines.

Hello, I’m Nadia, Couples & Relationship Therapist in Calgary
Relationships can be complicated. Sometimes you find yourselves having the same argument over and over, feeling more like roommates than partners, going through a big life change, or simply wondering how to feel close again.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or just want to strengthen your relationship, couples therapy can provide a space to slow things down, understand what’s happening underneath the conflict, and find your way back to each other.
I’m a Registered Social Worker and therapist (MSW, RSW) with the Alberta College of Social Workers. I hold a Master of Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary and have experience working in community mental health, Alberta Health Services, and private practice.
I’m passionate about working with couples and creating a space where both partners can feel heard, understood, and respected. You won’t get a list of things you’re doing “wrong.” Instead, we’ll get curious about the patterns between you, what’s happening underneath them, and what each of you may be needing but struggling to express.
My Therapeutic Approach My primary approach is Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). EFT helps couples look beneath the surface of conflict to understand the emotions, attachment needs, and relationship patterns that can leave partners feeling stuck or disconnected.
Instead of focusing on who is right or wrong, we work together to understand the cycle you’ve become caught in and create new ways of responding to one another with greater openness, compassion, and care.
I also integrate Somatic Experiencing (SE) into my work, helping partners notice what is happening in their bodies during moments of stress, conflict, or disconnection. Paying attention to these physical responses can offer another way to understand what is happening in the moment and create space for a different response.
I tailor therapy to each couple, recognizing that every relationship is unique and that your needs may change as your relationship and life change.
Areas I Support I work with couples navigating:
- Communication difficulties
- Recurring conflict and arguments
- Emotional disconnection
- Feeling more like roommates than partners
- Difficulty expressing needs and emotions
- Criticism, defensiveness, or withdrawal
- Changes in intimacy and connection
- Parenting and family-related stress
- Major life transitions and changes
- Relationship stress and uncertainty
- Rebuilding connection after difficult experiences
- Couples who simply want to feel closer and strengthen their relationship
Beyond the Therapy Room When I’m not working with couples, I value the relationships and connections in my own life. I believe the small, everyday moments matter — the conversations, the laughter, the hard days, the repair after conflict, and the ways we show up for the people we love.
I bring that same belief into my work with couples: relationships don’t have to be perfect to be meaningful, and conflict doesn’t mean something is broken beyond repair.
If you’re wondering whether couples therapy might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out. We can start with a conversation about where things are at and what you’re hoping for. -Nadia

Hi, I’m Kayla I want you to know—there’s nothing wrong with you for feeling overwhelmed.
I work with people who are doing their best every day while quietly wondering if their best is enough. People who are carrying so much, often without anyone truly seeing how much effort it takes. People who want to feel more like themselves again—but aren’t sure where to start.
Together, we slow things down, notice what’s already working, and build on your existing strengths. Like a river, our sessions follow the natural flow of your journey—steady, grounded, and shaped by what you need that day. I offer gentle guidance, practical coping tools, and a calm, safe space where you can breathe a little deeper and begin to feel lighter.
This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you feel supported, capable, and connected again.
If you’re ready for support, I’m here. Let’s take this one step at a time—together.

Hi, I’m Soumya.
Starting therapy takes courage, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own—and you’re not alone in this journey
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve spent years being strong for others, navigating complex systems, or carrying experiences that were never fully understood or supported. You don’t have to do that alone anymore.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Waterloo, a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Calgary, and a background in Alternative Medicine (Ayurveda). With over 16 years of experience supporting individuals, families, children, seniors, and marginalized communities, I bring a deeply compassionate, grounded, and holistic lens to therapy.
My approach is strength-based, client-centred, trauma-informed, solution-focused, and culturally informed. I believe that every person already holds resilience, wisdom, and capacity within them, even when life feels heavy or stuck. Therapy with me is a collaborative space where we honour your lived experience, move at your pace, and focus on what truly matters to you.
I have extensive experience working with individuals impacted by trauma, disability, mental health challenges, chronic stress, systemic barriers, caregiving burnout, and life transitions. In my practice, I support individuals and families navigating relationship challenges, communication breakdowns, intergenerational stress, and periods of change. I also work with women who have experienced abuse, offering a safe, compassionate, and empowering space to heal, reconnect with their strengths, and move forward at their own pace.
My work within government systems, child and family services, disability services, and community mental health has given me a strong understanding of how external systems affect internal well-being. I strive to support clients not just emotionally, but practically and holistically.
I integrate evidence-informed therapeutic approaches with a holistic perspective that considers mind, body, culture, and environment. Sessions with me are grounded, reflective, and practical. You’ll find empathy, clarity, and gentle challenge, along with tools you can actually use in daily life.
Above all, I value creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard, without judgment or pressure to “fix” yourself.
Beyond The Therapy Room
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending meaningful, emotionally connected time with my family. I enjoy road trips, exploring new places, cooking new recipes, trying different cuisines, watching movies, journaling, meditating, and continuously learning. These practices keep me grounded and reflect the importance of presence, curiosity, and balance—values I bring into my work with clients.
If you’re looking for a therapist who sees you as a holistic person and walks alongside you with warmth, insight, and respect, I would be honoured to support you on your journey.
